The Knox

Project Description:

The Knox, managed by Auberge Resorts Collection, is a luxury urban development project in Dallas’ Knox Street neighborhood. The four-acre site will include a hotel with 105 rooms and suites, 53 deluxe residences, and amenities such as a private club and a fitness center. The project, supported by major partners including MSD Partners and Trammell Crow Company, is slated for completion in 2026.

My Roles in the Project

  1. Support the main team in developing the interior design.
  2. BIM modeling.
  3. Review and carry out BIM coordination between the Interior Design, Architecture, and Contractors teams.
  4. Develop and deliver Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD) packages.

My contribution to the Project:
